Nestled between Tibet and India, the beautiful mountain valley of Spiti is India’s last and highest point with motorable roads, perfect for travel and adventure enthusiasts alike. The destination can be reached via Manali or Shimla, but most people prefer the Manali – Spiti route as it’s a shorter one with a whole lot of sightseeing and unmatched beauty along the way.

The 200 km long route takes approximately 12 hours, being some of the toughest roads you’ve ever driven on. The water crossings especially make it an adventure of a lifetime! The route passes through the famous Rohtang Pass, Kunzum Pass, and the towns of Gramphu, Batal, and Losar. Make sure you travel safely and lightly and carry medication and basic necessities to get through the trip with ease.

DAY 01: Journey from Chandigarh to Narkanda

Start your Spiti tour package from Chandigarh hassle-free and enjoy a safe drive to Narkanda within 8 hours. During the road trip, you can experience the awesome villages of Fagu, Theog, Matiana, and Narkanda. Don’t forget to visit the evergreen apple orchards nearby. Spend the evening in a restful way at the Narkanda hotel.

DAY 02: Journey from Narkanda to Sangla via Sarahan

Checkout from your hotel after having breakfast and set off for Kinnaur Sangla via the prosperous gateway to Kinnaur Valley, Sarahan. During the Kinnaur tour package from Chandigarh, visit Hattu peak which will fascinate you with the scenic view of the Himalayas. Take a trip to the holy land and visit the promising wooden carved temple of Goddess Kali, Hawa Mahal, Cricket Ground, and the massive Mahal of King of Himachal. Day 3 : Sangla – Chitkul – Sangla

DAY 04: Sangla – Kalpa  Sightseeing

After breakfast, this morning, check out from your hotel and drive to Kalpa. 2670 meters above sea level, Kalpa is the district headquarter of Kinnaur and was once the favorite getaway of Lord Dalhousie. On arriving at Kalpa, check in to your Hotel. By the side of Kalpa is a 79-foot rock formation that resembles a Shivlinga that changes color as the day passes and is visible to the naked eye on a clear day. After lunch, rest in your hotel for a while. In the evening, visit the Buddhist Gompa. Return to your hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

DAY 05: Journey from Kalpa to Tabo

The Kinnaur  Spiti package provides a comfortable 9-hour drive to Tabo from Kalpa Valley. During the trip, you can examine the charming Puh, Nako, and Gue villages – the ultimate Indian village on the Indo-Tibetan border. You can also stop over at the naturally kept mummy of a Buddhist monk, which is almost 600 years old. Check in to your hotel after reaching Tabo.

DAY 06:  Journey from Tabo to Kaza

DAY 07:  Local Sightseeing around Kaza

Along with visiting the local market, you can also stop over at the Hikkim village and visit the Kee Monastery and the Kibber village for their unique cultures. DAY 08: Journey from Kaza to Chandertal Lake

DAY 09: Journey from Chandertal to Manali

A hectic day of the Kinnaur to Chandigarh tour package, you will begin your day at the earliest, around 6.30 a.m. by setting off towards Manali and stopping over at Chandertal Lake camp for breakfast and lunch. While you drive through the passage, you will be crossing over two high mountain passes – Kunzum pass (4,558 meters / 14,950 feet) and Rohtang Pass. Make sure you visit the holy temples and the attractive glaciers and views of CB peaks. Spend the night in your Manali hotel.

DAY 10:  Journey from Manali to Chandigarh

The Kinnaur tour package comes to an end, as you are driven from Kullu to Chandigarh while crossing Aut, Hanogi Devi temple, and Pandoh Dam. The Kinnaur taxi package ensures a safe drive to your ultimate destination in Chandigarh.
